All Saints Church
The Building
All Saints is the village church of Drinkstone, sharing our Rector, the Rev'd Ruth Farrell, with Woolpit. It is a 14th century building, with wonderful acoustics, a beautiful 15th century oak screen, and a historically important organ. The
East Window is reckoned to be a particularly fine example of high Victorian stained glass and the font is believed to be the oldest manmade structure in the village! The church building is not only a beautiful historical monument, it is an excellent space for community use, having been extensively improved as part of a Millennium project. If you are interested in booking the church for an event, please contact us. The Church bookings diary shows availability.

A particular ethos at All Saints is to get involved in the local and wider community. While the Harvest Supper and Christmas Fair are long standing events on the calendar, more recent community events such as the monthly Film Club  and Village lunch have been  introduced and are rapidly becoming very popular. Then there’s the annual Pancake race and children’s Halloween party, and a number of outings and activity days for the children - all children, not just those who go to Sunday School.

In addition, the Educational Charity provides:
